Guided Programming is ideal for lifters who are beyond the novice stage of training and are looking to ascend to the next level. You'll be able to manage your own training while having SSPT as your guide.
Here's what you can expect:
Training runs in 4-week blocks from 12 to 24 weeks
A custom percentage-based Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) program based on your questionnaire answers
Weekly check-ins including feedback and form review

MyStrengthBook features two SSPT High Performance Training Cycles. These templates are ideal for intermediate to advanced powerlifters accustomed to high-volume, high-frequency training. Each 12-week training cycle is divided into three phases (hypertrophy, strength, peaking) designed to bring your strength to new heights.
