Programming

SSPT offers programming with MyStrengthBook. Three SSPT High Performance Training Cycles are available and ideal for intermediate to advanced powerlifters accustomed to high-volume, high-frequency training.  Each 12-week training cycle is divided into three phases (hypertrophy, strength, peaking) and follows percentage-based Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) for the competition lifts and Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) for the assistance. These training plans are designed to bring your strength to new heights and help you become the strongest version of yourself.
