Guided Programming is ideal for lifters who are beyond the novice stage of training and are looking to ascend to the next level. You'll be able to manage your own training while having SSPT act as your guide.
Here's what you can expect:
- A custom percentage-based Daily Undulating Periodization (DUP) program based on your questionnaire answers
- Access to a private coaching forum where you can ask questions for the weekly coaching call
- Form review on the coaching call (limit one set/week)
- Access to a private Facebook Group where you can engage with others running similar plans
Training runs in 4-week blocks from 12 to 24 weeks total.
